Keeping your hands clean is very
important, especially during this pandemic. That’s why I am going to teach you
how to wash your hands properly.
First, turn on the tap and wet your
hands under running water. Then, apply enough soap to cover all surfaces of
your hands. Next, rub hands palm to palm in a circular motion until bubbles are
formed. After that, clean the back of each hand with the palm of your opposite
hand. Interlace your fingers while doing so to remove the bacteria caught
between your fingers. Afterwards, rub palm to palm likewise.
Bacteria can get stuck easily in
your fingernails, so don’t forget to scrub your fingernails too. Finally, rinse
the soap off your hands with water and dry them with a towel.
Remember to wash your hands before
and after you eat to prevent unwanted bacteria from entering your body, causing
you to fall sick. A good hygiene is the way to stay healthy and safe.
