Informal Letter - Your class is planning a sports day to raise money. A famous person will open the event. Write a letter inviting students in other classes to come.

   

 Dear Students,

 

            In conjunction with the SMARTER Brunei Charity Organisation, our class, 7 Lily will be organising this year’s sports day to raise money. The event will be held at our school’s Jubilee Hall and field on Saturday, 10^th July 2021.

 

            Students are highly encouraged to participate in this event. If interested, please arrive before 8 a.m. dressed in sports outfit. Various track and field events are available for students to compete in. Malai Abdullah, the founder of the SMARTER Brunei Charity Organisation will grace the event as our special guest.

 

            On that day, there will be dozens of food, drink and carnival games stalls set up around the school’s compound. They are as cheap as they can be, so go ahead and reward your taste buds and try your luck on the games to get fabulous prizes!

 

            SMARTER Brunei was founded 5 years ago to help people with autism face their life challenges. Therefore, the money raised from this event will be donated to SMARTER Brunei in order to help the needy autistics to live in a more secure and moral Brunei.
